Background
AAAK has proposed to Ward Office No. 16, Lalitpur, to set up a public mini library in the Mangal Bazaar area under an open-library concept.
Description
The ward would provide a suitable site and approvals. AAAK would build and maintain the book box, supply textbooks and other reading materials free of charge, and run it. A heritage-style book corner has been designed for it.
