What we collect

When you register: name, batch, grade or programme, profession, industry, city, country, email and optionally phone. When you donate: the details you send us to acknowledge your gift.

Why

To manage membership, run the alumni directory, keep members informed and acknowledge donations. We collect only what these purposes need.

Who sees it

Only what you choose: public, members only, hidden or contact through AAAK. Phone numbers, private email addresses and home addresses are never published. Donor names are published only with permission.

Your rights

Email aaa.khumaltar@gmail.com to see, correct, change the visibility of or delete your details. We act on requests as soon as the committee can.

Security

Forms on the live site must use HTTPS. Member data is accessible only to authorised committee members.
