Background
Flash floods and landslides regularly hit communities in and around the Kathmandu Valley during the monsoon.
Description
In October 2024 AAAK brought emergency relief to flood- and landslide-affected families in Bishankhu Narayan, Godawari (NPR 30,000). In September 2026 it sent immediate relief kits with sanitary items, kitchen utensils and buckets to flash-flood victims in Trishuli, Rasuwa (NPR 25,000).
